Lovely Lutz Living

Peaceful dead end street with no traffic. Great highway access to the airport 23min, Busch Gardens/Adventure Island 24min, & Clearwater Beach 50min. This place is great for people moving to the area that need temporary housing, families, & people with nice dogs. Features a clean bright feel, fast wifi, and all the necessities. We also own a place at Indian Rock Beach, giving you free parking, with an ice cream shop on the walk to the beach. Garage available by request. Full refund 30+ days prior

This one of a kind waterfront home is the perfect oasis while still being close to everything Tampa Bay has to offer. 10 minutes from TPA, downtown Tampa, Bush Gardens, Raymond stadium and 30 min to St Pete/ Clearwater Beach/ Dunedin. The natural canals right behind the house are some of the most memorizing natural areas you’ll find in all of Florida! We have 2 tandem kayaks for some epic exploring, a private dock w/ lounger & fire pit, and a screened lanai with hot tub over looking the water!

Beautiful, Spacious Home!

Beautiful and spacious home in Land o Lakes, FL. Great area and quite neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We have a Publix about 5 minutes down the road. We are located 20-35 minutes from: - Tampa Premium Outlets - Restaurant options - The Shops at Wiregrass - Wesley Chapel Lagoon - Busch Gardens - Airport - University of South Florida - Major highways and roads (I-275, I-75, Dale Mabry)

This home includes a three guest rooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living and a family room, kitchen, dining room, bar, office and a backyard lanai with a large heated pool area. You get the entire home and there is nobody else staying at the same time. It is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, about 40 minutes from downtown Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg.
