Martha’s place was just as described, it was very clean and nicely decorated. She has everything you need, we did a lot of cooking and kitchen was well equipped. The 3 bedrooms all had their own bathrooms which was great. We had 6 adults and one 15 month old so there was plenty of space at the dining room table and in the spacious living room. A great bonus was the screened in porches, two not one! Great to hang out and have breakfast and dinner on the lower level or head up to the master screened porch which has 4 large comfy chairs to hangout and talk. The resort style pool was perfect for all of us so that we could relax and get some sun while having a down day. Martha was very helpful and responsive, we will definitely be back.

We took our two small children on vacation here. It was such a perfect sized unit for our small family. There were beach towels, pool & beach toys for our kids, a scooter, etc. having the pool steps away was also so nice to have as an easy, close-by activity! Very very safe & friendly “neighbors”. They also had a pack n play. The only thing we wish they had was a highchair (kind of tricky with a 1 year old at a high top bar stool seating). But we knew that going into it! With it being a gated community, it felt very quiet and we often took strolls with the kids around the area and watched the sunset from the public patio by the water. There were grills to use, an outdoor shuffle board, & lots of fun local places to check out and/or eat at. We drove to key west a few days, which was just over an hour. Again, such a great location to be away from the hustle & bustle, but still be able to explore and check out all the neighboring keys as well. Benjamin was so helpful with any questions

This was my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The unit is stunning inside and very modern. The view is beyond gorgeous. The location is perfect and only a short walk to fantastic beach side restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and made our stay very memorable. The unit is very clean and the furniture is also in great condition.

We spent an amazing week in the house of Kelly and Shane. The location on the waterfront is unbeatable and the house itself is super convenient, nicely remodeled and has a very cozy feel to it. We spent days in a row fishing from the dock, prepared our catch of the day on the bbq on the terrace, and caught shrimp at night which served as bait for the next day. There are great beaches, restaurants, and all kinds of day trips at hand if you wish to leave the property ;). Kelly and Shane are great hosts, with tons of tips - they clearly love the area and put great effort in the maintenance of the house and dock. They are super quick and easy in their communication and all three of us (me, husband and our 12 year old son) look forward to staying at their property again!

From the beautiful water view to the lovely pool, every detail and amenity was thoughtfully arranged. It made our experience even more enjoyable. To say this house was awesome is an understatement. We went with our adult children and grandson. There were so many fun activities for all of us, not to mention a large dock for our boat with a beautiful view. We even had a visit from two adorable manatees! Will definitely stay there again! Had an awesome stay at this property during the first full week of lobster season. Located in Venture Out on Cudjoe Key, this house was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 kids under 10. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking supplies to make full use of it during our stay. The coffee was well stocked as well (both pods and carafe packets). We really enjoyed the location, amenities, and everything included with our stay. Also really appreciate the level of communication provided by the hosts, top notch.

Lisa's place was super centrally located in Marathon - it was a great base for us to explore the Florida Keys for the first time. The wooden cabins are mobile units but they're extremely well designed and planned such that it never felt tight in the cozy amount of space for me, my wife and toddler. The onsite amenities such as pickleball court, bikes available for use and kayaks were all great bonus provisions that made the stay fun. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had such a relaxing time staying here! We felt like we were having a mini adventure, but still had all the essentials we needed. We saw manatees, dolphins, and tarpon. And we fished off the back dock at night. It was so beautiful how clear the skies were from the view of this house boat, we saw so many stars. We’ll be back again and I’m already sending the link to friends who were asking about our stay!
