Charming coastal cottage situated on a large spacious lot with huge oak trees! Open living, dinning, kitchen is perfect for family and friends to gather. Enjoy the shady yard with plenty of room for children to play or sit/relax under the large oaks after a day at the beach. Our home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The bedrooms are separated with the master down on main floor and entire upstairs being the guest bedroom. Located in the heart of Historic Rockport and quick 4 min drive to beach!

This beachy rental can be your HOME AWAY FROM HOME, and only 3-4 blocks from the beach! The great room is the center of activity with a large open area for kicking back and watching television. Cozy, pet friendly tiny home with one bedroom and loft (loft has two full beds) located in beautiful Bay View RV Resort with tranquil freshwater lakes, two swimming pools, hot tub, clubhouse and kids playground. Laundry facilities available. Aransas Bay and the Copano Bay fishing pier are within 1/2 mile and offer some great fishing. Wonderful front porch for relaxing and bird watching.
