Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with a private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car, five minutes walking). Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. Pet friendly - we love dogs (and all animals) and welcome your fur babies!

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. Silo -Unique One of Kind !

4 miles to main street. One of the most unique experiences in the state of Texas, the Silo represents a piece of Texas history and provides a cozy get-away retreat. Built in 1921, the structure was originally used as a 10,000-bushel peanut silo in Fredericksburg. It was moved to this location in 2008 and restoration began. The outside porch looks down over the Hill Country. The Pedernales River is part of property (which you might share with 4 other lucky families) UberEats available.
