"Kamara" meaning arch in English is a traditional Venetian building made from stone sitting over an archway in a public square. Its central position in Chania's old town area of Splantzia, close to the harbour & located next to the Saint Nicholas Church makes it an ideal base to explore from. Vines shade the entrance with the living accommodation up on the 1st floor. A sunny spot out on the roof terrace gives a glimpse of sea. It has a bright/airy neutral simplicity ideal for a holiday home.

Ενα ήσυχο σπίτι 60τμ στο χωριό των Λάκκων, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Traditional stone house

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

The Little Pearl

The little Pearl is a small, traditional, Cretan stone house that is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Everything has been designed with great attention to detail. Information about the climate tax: In the case of Little Pearl, it is 8.00 euros per night.

Στο σπίτι που δημιουργήσαμε με πολλή αγάπη και μεράκι για εσάς θα μπορέσετε να ζήσετε την απόλυτη θεά στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος μια θεά που σας ταξιδεύει και σας χαλαρώνει , αλλά και την βραβευμένη, παραμυθένια θάλασσα μας με τα καταγάλανα νερά , που απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το σπίτι....

Ο χώρος που διαθέτω είναι ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι διακοπών , αυτή ήταν άλλωστε και η χρήση του. Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο με πολύ πράσινο και δέντρα. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.

Ο χώρος μου βρισκεται στην ακρη των Ακουμιων,στο νοτιο Ρεθυμνο.Ειναι μια πετροχτιστη διπλοκατοικια με πανοραμικη θεα στον Κεδρο,τη κοιλαδα και τα χωρια του.Ο πανω και ο κατω χωρος επικοινωνουν με εσωτερικη σκαλα αλλα και αυτονομουνται απολυτα με το δικο τους μπανιο,κουζινα και ξεχωριστη εισοδο εχοντας προσβαση στο κηπο τη βεραντα και το παρκινγκ.
