Nestled by the coastal pedestrian promenade, our home is just a 5-minute stroll to the two town beaches—one sandy and one with small pebbles and close to numerous cafes and restaurants. A few minutes drive and you are outside the town where you find a variety of pristine beaches. Perfect for couples, families, or working nomads, our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The surrounding area is rich in ancient history, with many gorgeous beaches, gorges, and archeological sites to visit.

A beautiful, newly-built house-villa of 2 floors with mezzanine in sunny Ierapetra, unique architecture and fine taste. The house has enough comforts for every kind of age-groups, even for persons with disabilities, as it has an internal elevator that leads to both floors. The location of the house is at the new part of the town.Around the place you can find 3 big markets, pharmacies and other kind of shops. It has a parking place and many local walking streets.

Newly build apartment complex located in the heart of Ierapetra, in a quiet neighborhood just a breath away from the town center. Each floor of the complex has 3 apartments, 2 of them are suited to host up to 2 people, and 1 is suited to host a family or a group of friends up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is an elevator for all floors of the complex. There are lockboxes located in the main entrance with numbers that show your apartment door number.

The area has free parking space and quick access to wonderful beaches.

This beautiful modern apartment, literally just 3 minutes North from the centre of Elounda, is located right on the watersedge of the bay of Mirabello with it's crystal blue waters, and even has a view of the island of Spinalonga, the famous Venetian fortress turned leper settlement. Housing up to 3 people, it is both ideal for a family that wants a relaxing swimming holiday as well as people that want to enjoy the nightlife of Elounda.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

It's conveniently located within five minutes of various attractions, including beaches, super markets, banks, and the archaeological museum. The intercity bus station is a 15-20 minute walk away.
