Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

Serifos View

Serifos View is located in one of the most spectacular places of Serifos Island, Livadakia Bay. Guests can walk to the nearby sandy beach or they can enjoy the superb views of Livadi & Livadakia Bay from the property's terraces in a quite and peaceful environment. Traditional Cycladic Architecture combined with a fully equipped modern accommodation offers our guests the perfect setting in order to enjoy and explore the island's nature and sandy beaches as well as its many other amenities.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Sea & Sand

Sea & Sand is located in Herronissos, a picturesque coastal settlement at the northernmost point of the island. It consists of two double rooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a WC. It has a yard literally in front of the sea, which makes it an ideal choice for hosting a family with children. In the neighborhood there is a restaurant, a fish tavern, as well as a grocery store for the supply of all the necessary items that will be needed during the stay.

The vine house in Chora Serifos

The vine house is a traditional stone house of 1900’s remodeled with style and emphasis on its distinguished fascinating characteristics. Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Walking through the stone-built alleys of Kato Chora, it stands out for its breathtaking view and the yard with the sun-blocking vine. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Song of the Sea - Cycladic cave House

Hanging on the cliffs of the hill of Kastro, this unique Cycladic cave house has been renovated with taste and with all respect to the local Sifnean architecture, perfectly combining traditional style with modern comforts. The plasticity of its forms, the use of local techniques, the selection of antique furniture together with the modern amenities, strike the right balance between sophistication and cosiness.

Summer dream, 5min walk to beach

Ideal home for friends or families who want to enjoy a carefree holiday without the use of a car. The house is 5-6 mins walk from the beach and the port, the main hub of the island. The large front veranda is ideal for lunches, dinners and relaxing.
