In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Stella is located at the start of the land, above our storage building, has plenty of parking and can be reached with 2wd vehicles. This is a new space, exterior is unfinished. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The house is located in a nice neighborhood, nearby a playground, safe walking neighborhood and less then a half mile from a grocery store. Within a Mile of most 2026 Ironman events! Downtown water street is only about a mile away. We will update pictures when we take more. There is a hot tub however, there will be an extra charge of 100 dollars if you want it as it is only filled if requested.
