Important: A few bad apples spoiled it for the bunch. Please read our house rules before booking and share them with your travel companions. 1300+ sqft third floor flat with private entrance in one of this neighborhood's historic homes. Love Architecture?

Enjoy our updated home (built from 1906-1912) in F. L. Olmsted's historic Parkside neighborhood, a beautifully landscaped oasis of grand homes in the heart of Buffalo. Tour Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House (just down the block!), Delaware Park and the Bflo Zoological Gardens or shop&dine all within a 2 block walk. Your private entrance suite has 2 bedrooms, a sitting area/breakfast bar, and a luxury bathroom. Location is convenient to all area attractions and full of architectural treasures!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Quiet nice and clean apartment downtown Buffalo

Apartment is in the Columbus district, safe, fun and centrally located area of downtown Buffalo, close walking distance to restaurants, bar, theaters, canal side. Parking available, Easy access to I190 and route 33 expressways. In minutes you are out of the city. My place offers a bedroom for one guest or a couple and a sofa-bed in L R ( pls specify if needed ) TV in living room and guest's room with access to Netflix and Amazon. kitchen space includes dish washer, coffee maker, toaster etc.

Luxury Village Farmhouse

Welcome to our charming, old (but newly renovated!) Orchard Park Village Farmhouse! Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces and a huge kitchen with all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

Tasteful loft, work-friendly

This spacious and naturally well-lit apartment comfortably fits two and has an optional bed-height air mattress that fits 2 more. It is 11 minutes from the Canadian border, 12 minutes from downtown Buffalo, 12 minutes from the University of Buffalo, 14 minutes from KeyBank Center and the Buffalo Convention Center, 17 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, and 25 minutes from the Buffalo Bills stadium. PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE IN THE WINTER MONTHS; THIS IS BUFFALO!

The Best of Buffalo and Niagara Falls !!!

Two 2 bedroom private apartment, on the second floor. Just like home but with the amenities of a hotel ! 20 minute drive to Downtown Buffalo, 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. On a bus line. Uber & Lyft now available. Close to the University of Buffalo, Buffalo State College, Niagara University. Quiet family neighborhood. Less than a block walk to a Bar & Grill and a Pizzeria. We occupy the lower apartment so all questions will be promptly answered.

West wing- 20 minutes to Niagara Falls

We do take cleanliness very serious and disinfect all doorhandles and other important surfaces between each stay. This tastefully decorated, spacious three bedroom apartment is located in Allentown and a mile away from central downtown. Easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Allentown and Elmwood area. It’s located just a mile away from the peace bridge, leading to Canada and a 20-minute drive to Niagara Falls.

Buffalo's best kept secret. Large Victorian home- apartment with driveway parking. 2 Bedrooms queen size bed in each room. Living room has sofa, desk with chair & HD TV. Full bath with tub/shower combo fully stacked with all toiletries. Dining room with table & 4 chairs. Newly remodeled kitchen new stove & refrigerator, microwave, has dishes, pots & pans, too!
