Seaside garden flat in Kemp Town

Fantastic location really close to the beach and mid way between the centre of town and the Marina so both are within easy walking distance. The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street. The property has its own private secluded garden which catches the sun and provides an oasis of calm. There’s a sea view from the bay window in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.

Upper Rock Gardens

My place is located on the first floor of the property it has stairs leading up to the front door. When inside there are stairs to reach flat. It is close to restaurants and bars, there is also a wide selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. You’ll love my place because of the comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memory foam mattress. Bedding and towels are provided. Parking is a challenge, however, please contact me regarding vouchers, pay on arrival

Beautiful apartment right by Brighton beach! (2min walk.)One bedroom apartment available in the heart of Brighton to rent for business trips ,short weekend away or long stays! Fantastic location just within a few minutes walk of the Brighton Pier,seafront, i360 and only a 3 min walk to the famous Brighton lanes. Unfortunately the apartment isn’t suitable for children,it’s a very busy area with bar downstairs and lots of stairs,I don’t recommend at all.

The Gallery beach house

You wake up in a converted art gallery with an incredible domed ceiling like you have never seen before. Then you have breakfast with a wonderful view of the sea in a elaborate setting. Bright & charming Kemptown seaside flat

A fabulous and central one bedroom apartment set in the heart of Kemptown, with amazing sea views as you step out the front door (and when seated at the dining table!). Located on the edge of the New Steine square and just a very short stroll to the beach and pier or 15 min walk into the main shopping area, the Lanes and Royal Pavilion, this is a really charming and modern space to stay at any time of the year.
