Exellent location between Airport (30 min.) and Reykjavík (15.min Central). The Cottage is downtown Hafnarfjörður, close to the harbour, a walking distance from Restaurants, Coffee shops, Tourist info, cute little shops, supermarket and a central bus stop. Taking a SAUNA after a long day is a real treat and the "outside" shower (with hot and cold water) is a great experience. Newly built (30m2) an oasis at the onset of the Golden Circle, 12 km outside of Reykjavik. Convenient location as a hub while enjoying excursions as well as exploring Reykjavik and the surrounding area. Sheltered by tall trees and vegetation, the house offers privacy while enjoying views of Mt. Esja. On the property the owner operates a sustainable and organic vegetable farm, both outdoors and in heated greenhouses. When not in use as a rental property, the home is used as a craft workshop.

Our cozy guest-house is located by our home in Rekjavík. There we are only a two minute walk from the beautiful nature of the valley of the river Elliðaár with tracks for walking and running. Close by we also have the local swimming pool with jacuzzis, slides, saunas and a gym, and only a few minutes walk to the low price supermarket.
