 KEA Architect's The Haven Cottage, Quiet Nature

The Haven is 50 m2 perfectly renovated stone cottage, with a further 80 m2 of terraces, and 40.000m2 of land of the property. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a dinning table and a sitting area with two sofas where an additional two people can sleep and there is a curtain for visual isolation and privacy. There is access to a large covered terrace, one open kitchen sink, one wood dining table and deck chairs, which allow you to enjoy the sea view.

Our beautiful Villa is located in a hidden heaven mounted rock, which is covered by the sea as far as the human eye can see. The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

Villa Stoneflower with breathtaking sunsets

Villa Stoneflower is a traditionally decorated villa of 165m2 with very modern facilities, located on a cliff side 30 meters above the sea. Spectacular panoramic views and unforgettable breath taking sunsets compose the ideal setting for a serene Mediterranean experience. The villa is build in two levels, surrounding the villa there is a large terrace with BBQ, private swimming pool, various shaded seating and dining areas, as well as ample space for sunbathing and relaxing.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Old Traditional Greek House

My place, called "Ellinika", is a traditional residence with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Large terrace with pergola sunny and cool.A quiet alternative location, protected by environmental organizations.Friendly people, in the surrounding houses, family (URL HIDDEN) area is suitable for couples, activities for one person, families (with children) and pets. Possibility of direct contact with the natural environment and its exploration. A short path to beaches.

CYCLADES VIEW

Εξοχική κατοικία με απέραντη θέα στο Αιγαίο. A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
