Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km asphalt), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. It is fully equipped with a lovely kitchen, workspace and a small attic. It will be your stepping stone to explore the picturesque Lavrion. Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy the relaxing seaview and your dinner by the sea! Ideal for friends, couples, solo travelers.

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

This beautiful little house is located in the center of Lavrion, very close to the port (10 minutes walk from the house). Within a 5-minute walk there are many traditional restaurants, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and bars. The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
