It is fully equipped with a lovely kitchen, workspace and a small attic. It will be your stepping stone to explore the picturesque Lavrion. Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy the relaxing seaview and your dinner by the sea! Ideal for friends, couples, solo travelers.

Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο πέτρινο σπίτι του 1900 σε μια γραφική γειτονιά στο Λαύριο, με σεβασμό στα δομικά αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά του (πέτρα, ξύλινη οροφή, πατώματα, εσωτερική αυλή). Απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Λαυρίου αλλά και την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης.
