Spectacular sunset view villa

In a 2.000 sq/m garden, 240 meters from sea, beautiful five bedroom villa, with lovely view of Aegean Sea and unforgettable sunsets. With TV and air condition in every room the double beds are 1,60 X 2 ,accommodating 11 persons. Fully furnished and household equipped. Swimming pool, external shower, sun covered and wind protected furnished 500 sq/m terrace with three built in sofas and two built in dinning tables for twelve and eight per’s , sun shaded deck chairs. Surround music speakers , dimmer controlled lighting .Outside bar with sink, mini bar and stools , 2 BBQs , (one with coal and one with gas ) and an open-air oven ( working with wood ) and a kitchen sink . Nearest Airport : athens at 30 Kilometres Nearest Beach : at 2 Kilometres Car: necessary (Private parking at villa's permisses) 50 Kms from Athens , 30 Kms from airport Located only 2,5 Km from the main port (Korissia) , and 6 from Vourkari port. In a distance of 2,5 Km all kind of facilities are available i.e. Banks , restaurants , Bars , coffee shops , pharmacy , shops , discotheques , beaches etc .

Villa St Nikolaos View (main sleeps 8)

A large well appointed house stunning views of the bay available, unusually, for the whole summer. Close (5 mins walk) to Gialiskari Beach and Vourkari - a small fishing port full of bars, shops, restaurants. It is amongst other houses but it has unparalleled views of the bay and the lighthouse opposite. For larger groups it can be linked to the apartment below the house which sleeps a further 8/9. Cozy villa in Kea with pool and panoramic view

Scenic countryside, panoramic views and truly calm vibes, this villa is ideal for relaxation. The house is about a mile from busy waterfront. It is located on the hill of Fotimari, which is above the port of Vourkari (7 minute drive). Due to the fact that it is located on the top of a hill, and there are dirtroads, best access is by 4x4. Outdoor patios include wooden pergolas, small pool about 18 square meters (non heated) with water jet for reverse swimming, stone outdoor BBQ & oven.
