Spectacular sunset view villa

In a 2.000 sq/m garden, 240 meters from sea, beautiful five bedroom villa, with lovely view of Aegean Sea and unforgettable sunsets. With TV and air condition in every room the double beds are 1,60 X 2 ,accommodating 11 persons. Fully furnished and household equipped. Swimming pool, external shower, sun covered and wind protected furnished 500 sq/m terrace with three built in sofas and two built in dinning tables for twelve and eight per’s , sun shaded deck chairs. Surround music speakers , dimmer controlled lighting .Outside bar with sink, mini bar and stools , 2 BBQs , (one with coal and one with gas ) and an open-air oven ( working with wood ) and a kitchen sink . Nearest Airport : athens at 30 Kilometres Nearest Beach : at 2 Kilometres Car: necessary (Private parking at villa's permisses) 50 Kms from Athens , 30 Kms from airport Located only 2,5 Km from the main port (Korissia) , and 6 from Vourkari port. In a distance of 2,5 Km all kind of facilities are available i.e. Banks , restaurants , Bars , coffee shops , pharmacy , shops , discotheques , beaches etc .

ΒΙΛΛΑ "ΝΙΝΑ" (VILLA "NINA")

Η Villa Nina βρίσκεται στην Κέα (Τζιά) στην περιοχή "Άγιος Ιωάννης" (Χάλαρα), κοντά στη μονή Καστριανής, σε μία έκταση 2,5 στρεμμάτων. Έχει μία απέραντη, πανέμορφη θέα στο Αιγαίο και στην ανατολή του ήλιου, σε μία εξαιρετικά ήσυχη και γαλήνια τοποθεσία. Το βράδυ κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό μπορείς να δεις τα φώτα της Καρύστου, της Άνδρου μέχρι και της Τήνου. Απέχει 15' από το λιμάνι, 8' από τον Οτζιά, 12' από το Βουρκάρι και είναι εξαιρετικά κοντά σε γνωστές παραλίες του νησιού όπως το Σπαθί.

The villa is set in 2 levels on a plot, only 50 m away from the coastline, and, offers 5 bedrooms with 5 en suite bathrooms w/shower cabins. Outdoors to the sea view front, an amazing terrace of 400 sqm with a pool of 50 sqm and 10 deck chairs offers to guests memorable moments of pleasure and leisure. Attached to the terrace there is a beautiful shaded area of 80 sqm for relaxation.

Three Bay House - Luxury and Soothing Sea Views

A unique villa where you can lounge and relax away from it all, in one of the most private locations on the island, despite the fact that it is located just 1 klm away from the cosmopolitan marina of Vourkari and 3 klm away from the port. Set on the top of a hill, on a 5000 sq.m. land, it enjoys breathtaking sunset views over Vourkari and the grand blue, and lies only a 10 minute-walk away from a little sandy cove, one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion.

The "Charming Waterfront Retreat" is ideal for those that want to be close to the sea and have complete privacy. The villa is great for large families or a group of friends. The large terrace has everything you could possibly want, a large swimming pool 12.5 X 4 meters, several comfortable seating areas, a bar, large dining area, a BBQ and 60 steps leading to the sea.
