Swan House (To Σπίτι του Κύκνου) is a lovingly restored 200-year-old village home in Karavas. Each apartment offers modern comfort while maintaining its traditional charm. Lemonokipos Taverna and Karavas Bakery are walking distance from the house. Η παραδοσιακή ατμόσφαιρα σε συνδυασμό με τις παροχές του σπιτιού και την εγκάρδια φιλοξενία θα σας εξασφαλίσουν μια υπέροχη εμπειρια.

Akron Residence

Μία καλαίσθητη και ευρύχωρη μονοκατοικία, πλήρως επιπλωμένη, ιδανική για οικογένειες, αλλά και για ζευγάρια, σε ένα από τα πιο όμορφα χωριά των Κυθήρων, πολύ κοντά στον Ποταμό, το εμπορικό κέντρο των Κυθήρων στη βόρεια πλευρά του νησιού, καθώς και στο Νοσοκομείο. Η κατοικία διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, μία μεγάλη κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, μεγάλο κοινόχρηστο χώρο, μπάνιο και WC, δύο όμορφα μπαλκόνια με θέα για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ιδιωτικότητας καθώς και άνετο δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης.

Although shops and restaurant are only 5 minutes drive away , the area feels peaceful and secluded!!!

Ataraxia Home is a bright, top-floor retreat with stunning views from two private balconies. Part of a beautifully restored stone house dating back centuries, it blends historic charm with modern comfort. With two elegant bedrooms and a peaceful vibe, it's the perfect base for exploring Kythira. Centrally located, close to beaches, villages, and hiking trails—ideal for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

Mulberry House

The house, made of stone, was built in 2004. Its architecture blends harmoniously local characteristics with modern features, while is surrounded by garden planted with all kinds of local aromatic herbs. The imposing mulberry with its thick shadow offers visitors relaxing mornings and noon. Beautiful wooden garden furniture, is there for the guests to enjoy breakfast, coffee, lunch or dinner with friends and family.

"Little Tower" Over the Sea

Located just above the beautiful beach of Fyri Ammos (red sand), this seaside guest house is a gem with an open view of the sea and the tip of the Peloponnese. It is one of the two guest houses located at the Southern edge of the village of Agia Pelagia; a hidden haven close to a lively village.

Summer house on the island Kythira

In the beautiful island of Kythira (Cerigo), in the medieval traditional village of Pitsinades lies the summer house to rent “Pulani”. The house is a detached home with a big yard, which includes bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. (A.M.A. 1626, as required per Greek law)

Quiet comfort in a rustic Greek idyll. We have a renovated Furno annexe with its own ensuite shower room. There are also beautiful gardens with views to the sea and elefonisis. We also have a lovely rooftop terrace perfect for casual dining or sunbathing in privacy.

This studio is located on the ground floor of our family house , the space has been specifically created for guests located in the centre of the island with views of 8 different settlemets all around you and the Pelloponese!
