The 210m2 private house is boosting sea views from all decks and is designed to provide luxury accommodation. Το aloe apartment βρίσκεται στο Ξερόκαμπο σε απόσταση 50m από την παραλία Μαζιδά Άμμος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει θέα στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος. Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο και φούρνο και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης. Η πανοραμική θέα είναι ιδανική για στιγμές απόλυτης ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.Περιβάλλεται από έναν περιποιημένο κήπο με κρητικά βότανα,πέτρινο καθιστικό και BBQ ο .Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 13 χλμ από την πόλη και τις καταγάλανες παραλίες του Αγίου Νικολάου.στα 500 μ περίπου από το "milos" .

Ευρύχωρη μονοκατοικία με μεγάλη βεράντα και απρόσκοπτη θέα στη θάλασσα. Φιλοξενεί έως 4 επισκέπτες στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο μονά). Στους εσωτερικούς χώρους υπάρχουν κλιματιστικά, στο σαλόνι και στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Ολα τα παράθυρα και οι μπαλκονόπορτες διαθέτουν σίτες. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με πλυντήριο πιάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, καφετιέρα φίλτου, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ψυγείο και με όλα τα σκεύη μαγειρικής.

Το χωριάτικο κρητικό σπίτι είναι γεμάτο με ιστορία και παράδοση. Η διαβίωση σε αυτό προκαλεί τον επισκέπτη να φανταστεί την καθημερινή ζωή των κρητικών παλαιότερων γενεών και τις τοπικές παραδόσεις.

Breathtaking View-Tranquility-SotirAli Stone House

Perfectly located in the adjoining field to the village of Myrsini, "Sotir Ali Stone House" is a beautiful stone built farmhouse that is perched among olive groves, overlooking the gulf of Mirabello. It is built on the exact same spot of an older lodging, a "magatze" as we call it here, that served our family during the olive's harvest. The name of the olive groves around the house is Sotirali and may be a corruption of the Turkish name "Sotir Αli".
