Η διακόσμηση και η επίπλωση του έχει γίνει από επεξεργασία παλαιών υλικών και επίπλων από ξύλο και σίδηρο . Διαθέτει υπνοδωμάτιο , ενιαίο χώρο από κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τραπεζαρία και σοφίτα, ένα μπάνιο. Επίσης έχει βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα στην Νότια Κέρκυρα προς την Αδριατική και το Ιόνιο . Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες για την εξυπηρέτηση των καθημερινών αναγκών ηλεκτρικές συσκευές .

The area has temperatures 3 - 4 degrees Celsious lower than lowland, less humidity, and usually a breeze even during the very hot days of the summer. Located in the middle of the island, providing a perfect base from which to explore all of Corfu. It has also autonomous central heating for the winter.
