Beachfront Luxury bedroom apartment with unique sea view balcony, close to Nafplio in Kiveri village. Apartmetn is just on the beach, only few steps drive to a small beach. The apartment consist of a seperate bedrooom with double bed, a living room with full equipped kitchen, a single sofa bed and a duble sofa bed. It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

Το Almiri's house είναι ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο σπίτι κατάλληλο για τις οικογενειακές και ήσυχες διακοπές που πάντα θέλατε. Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. Η θέα του Ναυπλίου, της Θαλασσας, του τεραστιου κήπου και της πισίνας είναι εκπληκτικη!

Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! This studio of 45m2 is situated just outside of Corinth on a private property. Therefore you can enjoy quietness, privacy and Greek lifestyle. If you are into more action, restaurants, supermarkets, club etc., you can find it in a 5 mins drive at Loutraki and Korinthos. Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
