Fully furnished aparment, king-size bed and two bed chairs, all necessary appliances. Building with sauna, swimming pool and gym, 5 mins walking distance to JungCeylon and Bangla road Very convenient location next to Jungceylon and Bangla road, apartment in brand new condition. Friendly staff at reception will assist with all questions Minibus from airport - 180 baht per head, taxi from airport - around 800 baht per car. It is appreciated if guest do cleaning in room and change bed linen by themselves. Also room cleaning can be done by reception staff for 500THB. Washing of bed linen and towels can be done by guest (washing machine installed in basement) or by reception staff for some charge. Upon check out it's necessary to pay by cash 1500 thb to reception staff - it's a lump sum for water / electricity bills and for cleaning and laundry after guests' departure.

I invite you to stay in the best location in Patong, 800 meters from the beach, 400 meters from the world famous nightlife of Bangla road and 200 meters from Jung Ceylon the largest shopping mall in Patong and dozens of restaurants within walking distance. This great condo is on the 2nd floor of a recently built complex with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
