This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Dave ist ein Super Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und Modern. Die Anreise und den Checkin haben wir gemeinsam mit dem Gastgeber und der Assistentin geplant. Außerdem haben wir eine Übersicht aller Ausflugsziele in der Nähe erhalten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Great stay, the house is beautiful and perfect for friends and family. The house is located on a hill, so a scooter is your best option. Amazing views , clean and incredibly close to Patong. Felt comfortable and cozy! The housekeeping lady is super sweet and helpful. The host is amazing and is always looking to assist you in any way, thanks for being so flexible and responsive to all our queries! 10/10 recommended.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Wir nutzten mehrer Unterkünfte, jedoch war diese Unterkunft einer unserer liebsten. :) In Thailand ist es anscheinend üblich, dass Stom/Wasser oft separat abgerechnet werden. Alles wurde sehr fair dokumentiert und abgerechnet. Wir waren 4 Leute, nicht sparsam aber auch nicht verschwenderisch. Am Ende kamen nochmal 100€+ dazu. Günstiger als in Deutschland, jedoch erwähnenswert:) Höchste Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa, moderne et fonctionnelle. Un petit coin de paradis au cœur de Patong, grâce au jardin et la piscine . Pratique, tout est accessible à pieds que se soit pour la mer, la ville, les restaurants ou autres loisirs . Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, je recommande à 100%.

Das Haus ist super gelegen. Direkt am Rand zum Wald in einer ruhigen Gegend. Alles wie auf den Bildern und sauber. Wir haben was in dem Haus vergessen. Sind nach unserem Aufenthalt in Phuket nach Ko Samui geflogen und Pim hat uns ein Paket in unser Hotel auf Ko Samui geschickt. Das war wirklich super nett! Kann jedem nur empfehlen hier zu schlafen. Die Unterkunft von Richard ist der perfekte Rückzugsort im Trubel von Phuket. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Schwimmen im Pool mit Blick aufs Meer, gehört zu den absoluten Highlights unserer Reise. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Richard und seine Frau sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in der ich je war.

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Great price for everything you need. Aircon, pool and gym as well as a kitchen bathroom and lounge room with TV. Location was close enough to old town Phuket by scooter or taxi and our host was very communicative and responsive to our queries :)

It was great staying at Timothy's place - a 2 bedroom apt, clean, easy check in, good location. There's a nice cafe right downstairs in the building with good food and open late. Good Wifi. Communication was great and Timothy was flexible and accomodating when we had to book another night but didn't do it on time. Appreciate all communication and stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Квартира шикарная, пешком до пляжа Камала минут 7. Все было чисто. Кухня полностью оборудована. Есть все нужные электроприборы, включая утюг и фен. Рекомендую хозяина и квартиру

Our host was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. He was always available, friendly, and attentive to our needs. It was clear that he put a lot of effort into making our stay as comfortable as possible. We truly appreciated his hospitality.

Excellent stay. The house is very beautiful, and there is air conditioning everywhere. Ja prepared everything for us, delicious breakfast, meticulous service, we were all very satisfied. The transportation is also very convenient, there is 711 next to it. The cat in the yard is very cute. A perfect trip.

We've stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks. The place is absolutely amazing. Pool is great and our kids loved it. Margaret is a great host, very responsive and also have a great team locally that is always ready to to help you with any of the queries. Also Villa services like cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance were spot on. Location is super family friendly - away from the Patong craziness but close enough to Bang Tao beach and local restaurants and shops. Every room have a separate bathroom and 2 of them have even an outside private shower which is amazing ! Villa is very well kept and maintained with a highest standards. The option of free airport transfer is also a very welcoming addition. If we ever go back to Phuket we will be coming back to this place as it ticks all the boxes for us and even exceeds some of our expectations. Highly recommend !

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

The villa was as shown in the pictures, spacious and even larger than expected. The view was fantastic! While a car is necessary to get around, it’s well worth it for the location and scenery. The support staff were attentive, helpful, and communicated quickly. We stayed as a family and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
