Magdalena und Vasilis sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns in jedem Anliegen bestens unterstützt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely Penthouse apartment with gorgeous shared pool. Very comfortable and well equiped. Area is gorgeous. Access to lovely safe beaches was the easiest we have ever had. Andre recommended Car Plan for car hire who were also excellent Whilst we picked up the car at the airport thay had an office very close to the apartment which happily we didn't need to use. Gorgios and Stefania who were our local contacts were also extremely responsive and helpful. Thanks to everyone for helping to make our holiday special.

Une vue époustouflante, une tranquillité parfaite, un hôte très réactif et très chaleureux, tout près des très jolies villes de Elounda et Agios Nicolaos, un environnement idéal pour marcher ou courir en montagne… notre seul regret c’est d’avoir du quitter cette place de rêve.

Séjour exceptionnel, accueil chaleureux, environnement génial, secteur tranquille la nuit et appartement coquet. Merci à Angelika pour tous ces bons conseils et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons !

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a lovely, spacious studio apartment with good amenities whilst being very private and has lovely views from the terrace of both countryside and sea. A car is highly recommended, though the local beach, marina and tavernas are within a 25 minute walk. With easy parking, it is a good base to explore the island, whether you are looking for the vibrant shopping and historical culture of Heraklion, or the peace and tranquility of local mountain and coastal villages. Appartement très joli et chaleureusement décoré. Les commerces et restaurants sont à quelques minutes à pied, nous marchons le long de champs d'oliviers pour y arriver. L'immeuble est calme et paisible, idéal pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge. Kallia est toujours disponible pour nous renseigner sur les activités aux environs et nous donner plein de conseils. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, et en garderons de très nombreux souvenirs.

Wonderful little flat directly at the beach. Golden view onto the cove, terrace to sit and relax (sunbeds would have been excellent there). Despoina was super helpful and made our stay unforgetable.

Logement Airbnb premium : vous y bénéficiez à la fois d'un logement impeccable, très bien équipé et magnifiquement décoré et d'un formidable accueil personnalisé par Nadine. Ses conseils sont excellents pour découvrir la culture locale, c'est très facile de communiquer et elle a un vrai sens de l'hospitalité. La maison très bien rénovée est située dans une zone agricole, l'extérieur complètement clos est joliment végétalisé et très bien aménagé de façon à pouvoir en profiter à tous les moments de la journée. Beaucoup de points d'intérêts à moins de 20 min de route. Très très recommandé !

Feels like coming home. Beautiful garden, the premises are maintained with love. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into it, ont just a business. Everything provided that you might need plus a few nice extras like a ping-pong table. Ideal for (small) families and couples.

Hôte très très accueillante. Nous sommes arrivés un soir tard avec deux enfants affamés, Antigoni nous a réservé un restaurant très chouette et nous y amené ! Merci encore pour toutes les attentions. Appartement très agréable à vivre.

Een super mooie, schone & gezellige villa waarin alle faciliteiten aanwezig zijn! Echt een pareltje! We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Nikos. We hebben genoten van onze morning koffie’s op de veranda in de ochtendzon en van de mooi verlichte jacuzzi in de avond! Vooral ook in de koelere maanden op Kreta is dit huis echt een aanrader omdat het binnen echt goed te verwarmen is door de krachtige airco’s. En het warme water van de jacuzzi (39 graden) is fantastisch in de winter! Het huis ligt zeer rustig en centraal op loopafstand van de winkeltjes en restaurantjes in Pitsidia en slechts op 5 minuutjes rijden van Komos Beach en Matala! Een TOP plek…wij gaan hier zeker terugkomen! Dank Nikos!

Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

Riesige, schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge und das Meer ist toll, die Küche ist unglaublich gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gemütlich, es gibt wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Auch gut mit Kindern - es gibt Spiele und viel Platz. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben selbst produzierten Saft und etwas Essen geschenkt bekommen. Das einzige, was man bedenken muss, ist dass man auf jeden Fall ein Auto braucht und es evtl. etwas kühler werden könnte als unten an der Küste. Alles in allem wirklich wunderschöner Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen!

Nikos a été très accueillant et proactif (nous a spontanément adressé ses suggestions de restaurants, plages et bars à proximité). Le logement est conforme à la description avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Très bel endroit pour découvrir Ierapetra et ses environs

Die Penthousewohnung für 2 Personen ist 30 min zu Fuss vom Zentrum von Agios Nikolaos in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Zu dem Apartement gehört auch ein eigener Parkplatz im Hof. Das Highlight ist die riesige private Dachterrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblich auf den Golf von Mirabello. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. alle Räume verfügen über eine Zentralheizung was in der Nebensaison hilfreich sein kann. Aber auch die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen sichert im Sommer Entspannung vor der Hitze. Wer keine Treppen mag, muss vor der Penthousewohnung nicht zurückschrecken, da durch den Lift alles barrierefrei und sehr bequem ist. Die Unterkuft bietet volle Privatsphäre, da sie exklusiv in der obersten Etage gelegen ist. Die Gastgeberin Marianthi ist super nett und antwortet sofort auf Anfragen. Ich kann dieses Aibnb uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Falls wir nochmal Urlaub in Ostkreta machen, werden wir versuchen wieder dieses Apartement zu bekommen.

Bardzo dobre miejsce. Blisko starego miasta, około 10 minut pieszo, ale jednocześnie bardzo cicho i spokojnie w nocy, można doskonale odpocząć. Serdecznie polecam tą lokalizację

This is a great apartment, centrally located and really useful amenities such as the washing machine. The roof terrace is a great sun trap with views to the sea. It's shared with the other holiday apartment but this posed no problem for us and we found it available to use when we wanted. Nikos's parents brought us home made pastries on two mornings. We'd recommend eating out at Scala and Scirocco, but loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The two local beaches were close by. A great apartment and we'd strongly recommend it.

I had a great time staying in this location! Responsive and kind hosts, large and clean accommodations, with very modern amenities. I will choose to stay at this place next time I visit Heraklion! Marina was a very helpful kind woman who addressed a problem with the shower when it was not draining.

Kostas was a fantastic host and we had a great time in the apartment. He was incredibly responsive, getting in touch shortly after booking to offer tips and support. It had everything we needed for our 6 night stay, and Kostas provided a range of lovely things. Everything was clean and tidy, with really comfortable beds, including the sofa bed for my 9 year old. The private courtyard was a lovely space to unwind after a busy day. The location was great, and easily walkable to everything we needed to do.

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, alles nötige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war schnell, einfach und sehr freundlich. :) Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür (max. 1 Minuten zu Fuß), die dazu passende Strandbar mit kostenfreien Liegen ist auch direkt vor Ort. 🌊🍹🌞 Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Staubsauger oder Besen. Nach 9 Tagen gelangen auch bei großer Vorsicht Sand oder Dreck in die Wohnung, es wäre praktisch gewesen, diesen entfernen zu können. Gerne wieder! 🫶🏻
