Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Havuz üç villa ile ortak kullanımdadır ve Villa Rumi’nin önünde yer alır. Villamız, Kaş şehir merkezine 5 km uzaklıktadır. Amongst the island's beautiful mansions, the ''Red House'', or else ''La Casa Rossa'' with its huge bougainvillea, only 1 minute away from the center of the harbour and the old market will make your stay memorable!

Seafront Studio & Wide Terrace

Breakfast is included. Our studio opens to a wide terrace with a stunning view of the sea. Surrounded by no neighbors but a maqui forest, accompanied by the sound of the waves from the shore below. We share the property with several friendly cats who may occasionally visit the terrace to greet guests. They are gentle and accustomed to people, but their presence may not be suitable for those with allergies or a preference for a pet-free environment.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Kalkan'ın muhteşem manzarasına sahip özel havuzlu lüks villamızda unutulmaz bir tatil deneyimi yaşayın. 5 yatak odası, geniş salon ve tam donanımlı mutfağıyla aileniz ve arkadaşlarınızla keyifli anlar geçirebileceğiniz bu villa mükemmel bir tatil için sizi bekliyor. 2 yatak odasında jakuzi bulunan villamız market,restoran ve Kalkan Çarşı’sına yürüme mesafesinde merkezi bir konumda bulunmaktadır.

Doğa içerisinde villa Kibele

Villamız kalkana araçla 5 dk mesafede çevresinde marketler ve restoranlar vardır. Manzarası muhteşemdir. Huzur dolu bir tatil için villamız siz misafirlerimizi beklemektedir. Villamızın havuzu normale göre geniş ve büyüktür 50 metrekaredir. Uzakta olsa patara deniz manzarası(iki dağın arasında uzaktan gözüken) vardır.

The house has a wonderful view of the beautiful mountains of Kastellorizos and a fantastic view of the port... The space we have is spacious with all the comforts!

Villa Senar is a cosy sea front holiday home set on the beautiful Kas peninsula with sea views that are simply stunning. Its prime location offers seafront tranquility whilst being just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas town. The sea platforms are just 80 meters from the house, accessed via a shady stairway.
