Laura and Dale's Cottage was such a cozy, sunny, beautiful place nestled in a wooded lot right on the water front. We spent a week there in October and loved the wood fireplace and warmth that the cottage brought. The kitchen was charming with lots of well placed windows. Everything you needed for cooking was available. The board games were nostalgic and fun to play. The bed and bedding was so comfy and perfect for reading in the mornings. The view from the bedroom window was otherworldly especially the full moon coming across the water and the Autumn leaves were spectacularly gorgeous! We cant say enough about this place. We highly recommend it and we hope to return again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The location was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to the view of the lake and spending time by the water was such a treat. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet escape into nature. Would definitely love to come back!

The Hay Bay Hideaway exceeded our group's wildest dreams for the perfect End of Summer get-away. We could not have asked for a more peaceful and unique property and home, with exceptionally communicative, helpful, and gracious hosts. Our group of 10 slept comfortably in the 5 bedrooms this historic home offers, indulged in the well stocked pantries, utilized the gorgeous selection of vintage dish-ware, and experienced cozy nights by the beautiful wood stove fireplaces while enjoying a wide array of musical instruments available throughout the home. This property backs onto a private inlet with still, lily pad covered water, visited by blue herons, kingfishers, blue jays and many other woodland friends. We also enjoyed the various watercrafts, including a row boat, pedal boat, and canoe on the open water that connects directly to the small inlet. The experience was incredibly unique, absolutely smooth and accessible, and deeply memorable. A return trip is definitely in the works :)

Very clean, very cute lakehouse! Kitchen and place in general was well stocked, and many fun outdoor activities were provided! Super quick and clear communication with host throughout the stay. Wifi & signal very strong. Loved it so much :)

This is a beautiful spot, quite private and spacious! We loved the view from the big windows and porches! I hope we can return some time for another enjoyable vacation.

This was our third time staying in 6 months and will not be last, we’ve felt at home and been able to relax and not worry about anything, the space has everything you need to enjoy you’re stay! Thanks for having us!

Josh and Alyssa are great hosts. They are friendly and responsive, and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Their place is set up well, with lots of things to do inside and out. Not to mention, their rates are very reasonable. I would recommend staying with them.

Words cannot describe how impressed we were with Laughing Moose. The minute I walked in the front door I felt I could live here for ever. The incredible views, the spacious kitchen the stylish little pieces of decor make this place comfortable, relaxing and luxury. Janice pays attention to every little detail to ensure we had a fabulous time! From the selection of quality glasses, crockery and cooking utensils to the games and puzzles ( we completed a full jig saw puzzle between us) we had everything we could possibly need and much more. Even a thoughtful and delicious blueberry pie to welcome us !! We were visiting from Australia and planned this weekend with our two sons and families for a getaway together. It couldn’t have been more perfect and we made such fabulous memories. So much space for all 8 of us plus the 2 dogs! I can’t thank you enough for this special visit! This was a fun, peaceful trailer park resort with amazing amenities and gorgeous surroundings. While the trailer homes were close to each other, the fact that it was a quiet family environment, and that our spot was positioned towards the woods and had just the right window dressings, meant that we still had all the privacy we wanted. We would definitely consider coming back again. Jacqueline's place was a great place to rest up after a fun day.

The perfect place for a weekend get away. The photos dont do it justice. Quiet and peaceful to get away from the city life. The pool was amazing, and everything you could imagine needing was there. Very clean and comfortable. Wish I was there right now.

It was a great stay and very accommodating. Kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball indoors as well as the pool and lake outside. The kitchen and view of the lake was amazing. Lots of fishing was done from the docks and petal boat and some paddling from the kayak and paddle board (we brought this).

We had a great time staying in Kevin’s home. He is extremely kind and helpful! We felt right at home and very comfortable. We caught a couple of fish right off his dock! Beautiful home and really beautiful scenery. We will definitely come back!!

Really a great place to be . So clean, beautiful and spacious. I’m a young guy but this place had me thinking how I will be in my 70’s chilling with my fam . Crazy man . And the bed … idk about that one. Fam I slept like a baby . Woke up full of energy . My friends asked me if i had too much coffee. It was just the bed man . Oh don’t forget to go by the water . You’ll love it . Big thanks to the host . Will be back for sure.

Beautiful resort with lots of activities to do especially for the kids. Beds were super comfy and had lots of indoor games as well. Worth visiting during summer.

Every year, we reunite as friends in a chalet… and this one is, without a doubt, the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in. The place radiates peace and natural beauty. Everything is spotlessly clean, thoughtfully prepared, and offered with true generosity. Délicious coffee, a selection of teas, soft robes, firewood provided… it truly feels like a spa retreat. We enjoyed coffee by the lake, yoga on the terrace, and peaceful moments by the stunning indoor fireplace. And the hosts… such a kind, welcoming, and thoughtful family, sharing this little piece of paradise with heart. Thank you so much Brianna and Devin for welcoming us so warmly. I would definitely love to come back with my family to let them discover this beautiful place. We leave refreshed, grateful, and filled with joy 🩵

Leah was very helpful in making sure our stay went seamless. Took care of plowing/snowblowing to make the property accessible to all areas of interest as with going had some awful weather.(Snow with more Snow). lol. Again she was very responsive with questions I had and Informative to the specifics of the area. Cozy spot, great to relax and unwind. Would definitely go again, perhaps a great summertime spot.

The rental place is clean and well organized. Nina is quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

My family and I spent Christmas at Michelle’s lovely cottage and we had a great time! The cottage itself is very nice and cozy; in person, it looks even better than in pictures. It had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub is a must as it has an amazing view of the lake; and we also enjoyed a little walk around with snowshoes available at the cottage. The host, Michelle, was very kind and responsive. She had the cottage decorated for Christmas, which was perfect for our gathering and created a very cozy atmosphere. We will definitely consider going back during summer as the place has many in-the-house amenities and private access to the lake. Thank you, Michelle, for hosting us!

My family of 9 adults had an awesome weekend at Priyanka's! There was plenty of space in the cottage to comfortably sleep, along with a big comfy couch for watching movies. The kitchen was also fully stocked and a big plus was the Keurig machine which we used every morning before going down to the dock for some time in the sun. Just down the driveway and across the road, the lake access made it a fun space for water activities. We used the provided canoe and inflatable boat. Plus, we brought our own kayak and had no issue loading it on and off the car from this area. The dock is wobbly, however, we had no issue with getting from one end to the other where the floating dock attachment was a great spot for relaxing in the sun. For those of us who stayed on the grass area, there were plenty of Muskoka chairs to relax. For the nights, we finished off with spending time at the fire pit and brought sticks for roasting marshmallows. Overall, great time with the fam and great stay!

Shannon did an excellent job communicating with us and provided us with picture instructions on how to use the hottub, firepit and remotes for the heat and fireplace. She was aware we were celebrating my fiancé's birthday and was so sweet to leave him a birthday card and chocolates. We were also pleasantly surprised to see she had a snack basket, bottled water, eggs, bagels and food in the cuoboards that we could help ourselves to at no extra cost. She was extremely welcoming and allowed us to take our time checking out. We loved our stay at her beautiful home and highly recommend this place.

Our first AirBNB experience and definitely won’t be our last! We stayed here over the weekend for my husbands birthday and visited Algonquin Park. The space was spotless and had more amenities than expected! Kim was even able to provide a Pack N Play which made our stay 1000x easier with two littles in tow. The park down the street was great too (90’s/2000’s playground equipment… pretty sure my husband and I enjoyed it more than the kids)! The best part was definitely that view! I don’t think we’ll ever stay in a hotel again after this experience. We’ve already gone on Realtor to checkout available properties nearby lol. Definitely recommend!
