Apartment of 120 sq.m with a huge veranda with amazing view of the sea. The apartment is located in the central part of the resort and go directly to the promenade with many cafes, restaurants and shops for your evening stroll.

The courtyard, covered by a century-old bougainvillea, is 5.5 m X 10 m large, surrounded by a stone fence and is also ideal for the winter. Outdoor adjacent bathroom , accessed via a closed shed. Within walking distance from the main beach of Karystos (5-minute walk). Access through a traditional, stone-paved, picturesque alley.
