Mycket bra läge med Nackareservatet precis runt knuten, 3 min promenad till Kärrtorp centrum, tunnelbana och en minut till Kärrtorps Idrottsplats. Trevlig 3:a högst upp i huset. Vakna till fågelkvitter från skogen och njut av kvällssolen på den stora balkongen i sydväst! Kök med nya vitvaror och plats för 4-6 personer Två jämnstora sovrum; ett med våningssäng och det andra har lyxig och skön dubbelsäng (180 cm). Promenadavstånd 15 minuter till badsjön Söderbysjön, golfbana och Hellasgården.

Small basement studio in house, 15 min from city

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Cosy apartment in Stockholm

Welcome home!. We have many books, art on the walls and a piano. One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, many coffeehouse (Il Café, Kafferang ...) and restaurants (Folii) and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. It's quite and safe in here and easy to walk everywhere, or take the blue buss (2) to the city center. A well-designed 27 sqm apartment featuring a main room with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for three. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and storage shelves. Guests have full access to the apartment, including free WiFi, bedding, towels, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, coffee, and tea. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is ongoing construction in the area, but the work is scheduled for regular work hours on weekdays.
