Proni Villa

Our recently renovated villa is located οn the west side of the island. This home has a great seaside view, which you can enjoy relaxing by the pool. Two of the best restaurants on the island are conveniently accessible. Arkasa, a large village, is a short 10 min drive, with access to markets and a pharmacy. Lefkos beach, one of the most popular beaches in Karpathos, is also a short drive, as is a small fishing village, Foiniki, to the south. Both have restaurants, beaches and mini markets.

Captain Elias Studios opened its doors in June 2018 offering a welcoming & comfortable fully equipped house just a few steps away from the beach (15m) in the picturesque fishing village of Finiki. Located in an area with a number of restaurant, cafe and bar choices and within walking distance of three different beaches. Nikos your host will welcome you personally and is certain that he will treat you constantly and make you feel like home. The Studio is located on the ground floor.

You can tour the sandy beaches of Afiartis on foot from bay to bay or you can enjoy your swim in the secluded private rocky cove, sitting right in front of the property. The bays right under the property are popular among windsurfers as Devil's Bay, Gun Bay and Chicken Bay. Windsurfing instructors and equipment rentals are available on all three bays.

On a great spot, with an impressive view of the harbor, the centre of Pigadia and the sea, you can find the nice apartments of Dolphin. Quiet and yet close to the centre. The long beach of the Pigadia bay is a walk of about 600 m. Close to the apartments you find a small pebble beach. In front of the apartments there is a stairway to the harbor and pebble beach. Cleaned daily.
