Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway that was recently remodeled. Cottage is 100 years old, but we’ve redone plumbing, electrical, flooring in some rooms, new kitchen cabinets, and more. We will be adding more furniture in the spring along with pictures. Sit and relax on the porch swing on the screen porch overlooking crystal clear Green Lake. Located just 15 miles south of Traverse City. My husband and I live in the upper level of the home.

Within 30 min of Frankfort/Lk Michigan, Traverse City , Beulah/Crystal Lake, & approx 20 min from Interlochen Music Camp. Lakes & the Betsie River surround the area, making fishing and boating easily accessible. The BRLC is a nonsmoking property with a full house generator/new baby gear on sight.

Having the use of a boat was awesome and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!
