Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Cottage "Aélla"

Σε απόσταση 2 ωρών από την Αθήνα, 30' από την Τρίπολη, 10' από τη Βυτίνα και 20’ το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο τού Μαινάλου, η Βλαχέρνα αποτελεί έναν υπέροχο προορισμό για μιαν ανάσα διακοπών. Το σπίτι είναι περιτριγυρισμένο από έλατα και έχει μια πανέμορφη θέα στα γύρω βουνά. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και παραδοσιακά διακοσμημένο.
