Sundari Retreat

Serene and welcoming,Sundari Retreat was built in 2008 and is close to all amenities in Otaki. My home is bordering a very pretty farm and is sunny and private. Sundari is a self contained cottage on my property and is decorated in Balinese style with a bamboo ceiling and solid timber floors. The furnishings and artwork are also Indonesian as is the sub-tropical garden and deck area. Two minutes drive away are all the cafe's, restaurants,shops and heated swimmimg pool. You will find a boutique movie theatre in Waikanae, 15 mins drive from Otaki. 5mins walk to Skintech Beauty clinic for great massages/nails etc. 10 mins drive to Te Horo , head towards the beach and you will find Kirsty's bus stop cafe in Sims Rd. The bus is situated amid a gorgeous coastal garden. Kirsty is an ex deli owner and caterer. I guarantee you won't be able to resist her treats! Head off to the beach,walk in the bush,play golf, go mad in the outlet shops or do nothing at all! What ever you need to relax and spoil yourself, the choice is yours! Soak in the outside bath under the stars! Fabulous brick outside fireplace is also great for cosying up to under the stars. If there are 3 of you I do have a very comfortable retro caravan on the section that can be hired for an extra cost. That person would have to use the studio bathroom facilities. A continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Facilities Broadband Internet Easy access Electric blankets Fridge Microwave Mobile coverage Radio/Hi-Fi/Stereo TV VCR 2 element cooking unit Picnic basket and blanket in studio. The Gecko Bach, Tiny Home Accomodation

Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Raumati Bch & shops are a 20min walk or catch a bus -bus stop outside the gate We are a smoke/vape free property. Listed for 4 using pallet couch as double bed. We hope you have a wonderful stay :)

Comfy Kiwi bach one block back from the beautiful & quiet Te Horo beach. Fully fenced garden, great for kids or pets. Modern kitchen complete with dishwasher. Heatpump to keep the whole house warm. Recently decorated & updated. Two separate bedrooms, one with a comfy queen bed & the other with two singles. Both have bedside cabinets and drawer storage. Sunny, fully fenced section with a swing & pirate boat to keep the kids entertained. Spacious deck for alfresco meals & relaxing in the sun.

A Waterside retreat - Waikanae Beach

Arrive at a characterful and peaceful bach set in a private section overlooking Waimanu lagoon with views of mountains to the east. A short walk takes you to Waikanae's long sandy beach, the river estuary, cycle tracks and river walks. There is a twin room downstairs and queen bedroom on the mezzanine next to another living space with a futon sofa bed. Outside seating areas front and back. Wake up to see ducks and swans on the water - a truly relaxing and secluded place to unwind.

Glamping At Johns Hut, Country Pines

Johns Hut is located in our private manuka and forestry block. It is an idyllic spot with hundreds of acres to explore and with only native birds to join you. There is hot water for you to enjoy for outdoor showers and baths but no electricity and no phone reception, so you can truly relax and unwind. There is a large outdoor fire, self contained kitchen and plenty of beds - all beautifully restored in their rustic form. We would love to host you in our spot of heaven!

Open plan, airy, filled with light this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor apartment enjoys all day sun and views of Kapiti Island . Expansive deck and private beach access, 80 steps and you are there on the beach. Full use of kitchen, linen and towels provided. Unlimited Wi-Fi, affinity hot water system and gas heating for those chilly winter nights. Off street parking for two cars in front of double garage. 5 minute walk to local Kena Kena shopping centre.

Free wifi, cleaning and breakfast. My place is close to a beautiful, sandy and family beach. The house has a large three level deck with plenty of room for families and friends. It is a short walk to great local cafes/restaurants, a bakery and two well stocked dairies. Continental breakfast provisions provided for all guests. Linen, towels and beach towels provided free of charge. Our cleaner sorts the house after the stay and changes all the beds.

"Lynbre Lodge" Private Cabin, Gorgeous Sunsets

"Lynbre Lodge"is situated on a lifestyle block just north of Otaki with views over looking farmland. Cafes, beach and nature walks are all near by. We also have the Deer Museum Cafe & Bar & Quarter Acre Cafe only 2 minutes away. Take a trip up the end of the road to the reserve and nature walks. Otaki offers lots of shopping and outlet stores plus the Otaki Yard Markets (opening again soon)
