Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Our proximity to everything from beach to restaurants, coffee bars and takeaways, to quirky Raumati Village, dog parks, walking and cycling tracks and fabulous Marine Gardens and Park, make it the ideal retreat. A one to five minute walk takes you to all these places. Pet friendly enclosed area, a heat pump to keep you warm and/or cool, free wifi and TV including Netflix, Apple, Prime and Disney.

Two private outdoor areas on either side of the apartment – a sunny fenced terrace, and a generous balcony with views of the South Island.

Please bear in mind this is a Batch/lifestyle accommodation, and we don't charge for cleaning, the batch is always cleaned between guests and we always provide clean bedding and towels.

Chill out and relax in this calm, stylish space located in Waikanae Beach. The apartment is below an existing property originally set up for extended family with it's own entry. Open plan living with office space, spacious bedroom with a Super king bed, bathroom that offer's a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine combined. Totally self contained with a full kitchen. Breakfast provided which consists of Bacon, Eggs, cereals, Fruit, milk, Juice, butter and spreads Tea, coffee.

Paraparaumu Beach is just an 8 minute drive. Two family dogs on the property but kept away from studio area. Please note railwayline backs on to property. The studio has a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. Continental breakfast is provided.
