Our condo is located very close to KU and city bus. There is an on-site swimming pool and one assigned covered parking stall. This is a ground floor unit with a small set of stairs to access the front door. There is a public golf course right next to the complex. A washer and dryer in the unit, along with some personal hygiene products.

This cozy and newly remodeled condo is centrally located to all Cheney has to offer! Just 1 block from downtown and 10 minutes from Cheney Reservoir. Wichita is a short 30 minute drive. It features one bedroom with a king bed, one bath, and a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room.
