Villa Feronia Samos

Onze luxe uitgeruste villa bevat onder andere een appartement voor 5 tot 6 personen. De villa bevindt zich op 10 minuten afstand van Pythagoreio op weg naar Samos-stad in Mesokampos, dichtbij Mykali beach en het gezellige familie strand Psili Ammos. U kunt in alle rust genieten van uw fijne terras en de heerlijke tuin. Sinds de nazomer van 2025 kunt ook gebruik maken van ons gloednieuwe zwembad met zonneterras. Het appartement is volledig gerenoveerd in 2025 en van alle gemakken voorzien.

One bedroom cozy apartment at Kedros. Peaceful with amazing view. Acommodates 3 or a couple with a child. Traditional house in tune with natural surroundings that caters all modern needs. Infinity view to Vathy town. Underneath the house there is an unorganized private beach and other organized beaches 5'drive away. Check "Paradise apartment" as well if you are big family or friends who want to arrange holidays together. The two apartments are independent and close to each other.

Leiligheten er på ca. 84 m² med 3 soverom (2 dobbeltsenger og 1 køyeseng)2 bad,åpen kjøkken/stue løsning. Det er aircondition i stuen,master bed room og det minste soverommet. Leiligheten er fullt utstyrt med kjøl/frys, oppvaskmaskin, alt av kjøkkenutstyr, sengetøy og håndklær. Det er direkte utgang til en 25 m² terrasse med nydelig utsikt.
