We stayed a month in the view ruby and it was super comfortable, great location, easy secure parking, incredible views to watch the amazing sunsets or storms roll in and lots of favourite cafes restaurants and bars within 5 min walk - not to mention blocks from the beach! The wifi was fast, balcony spacious and the egg chair was my favourite spot for a morning coffee or evening drink. Fajken and Tea were amazing and hospitable hosts, helped us out with any questions we had and checking in often, but not too much, to see if we needed anything. We’ll be back!

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour fin avril, l appartement est conforme aux photos, très lumineux, très bien decoré et fonctionnel. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle, idéale pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou l' apero face à la mer. Enfin, le lieu est idyllique, la petite plage juste en bas de l appartement est superbe. Nous avons pu visiter l île en voiture, tout est facile d accès. J'espère que nous pourrons revenir et je recommande chaudement cet appartement. L accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux, avec du vin et des douceurs à notre arrivée. Merci

This wonderful secret hide-away on this gorgeous island has all you could hope for for the perfect getaway. Bright, airy and spotlessly clean, the villa is wonderful. The pool is refreshing and perfectly maintained and just a few moments away lie two pristine beaches. Aimilia is the perfect host: very kind and has thought of everything. All amazing!

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! Kate's cottage is a peaceful oasis close to the sea and walking trails. It is ideal for people interested in rustic charm, solitude, and authenticity. When you enter the garden you find yourself amidst olive and almond trees, flowering plants, and herbs. You wake up to the sound of roosters and the scents of rosemary and mint. Kate herself is as original as her cottage. She is kind, responsive, and caring. She met us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the house and the garden. Then she showed us her favorite trail that led to a private beach. We were all very happy here and were sad to leave. I give Kate and her cottage my highest recommendation.

Można się poczuć jak w domu, świetny lokal, pięknie urządzony, wszytskie udogodnienia. Okolica piękna i spokojna, pełno sklepów otwartych codziennie, plaża najpiękniejsza jaka spotkaliśmy, plaża piaszczysta i woda 30 stopni. Gorąco polecam!

I am very fussy. I spend hours perusing AirBnB looking for the perfect place.. THIS IS IT. Aspasia and her mother really care about their guests in a natural unobtrusive way. They are very special. The apartment is stylish but does not compromise on looks for comfort. It is very comfortable and everything you could possibly need is provided. All basic cooking provisions and some lovely surprises! The sea is right outside and it is possible to swim there but a two minute walk along the edge of the sea will take you to a gently shelving sand/shingle beach where you can easily enter the sea. The sea was beautifully clear and we saw lots of fish. We stayed a week and had a hire car to go around the island (recommended). We are out in the taverna's close to the apartment every night and really enjoyed them. if you are looking to stay in Lefkada - Stay here.
