Enjoy your summer holiday in Villa Lefteris.This 50q.m apartment has a wonderful view to the see and to the picture in port of Sifnos, Kamares.Just in front of the house you could enjoy a dire in the crystal clear, blue water. On the balkony you can admire the wonderful colours of the skay all day long and especially during the sunset. If you dream of peacufull nights by the see then that's the right place for you. 90 τμ σπίτι με 20 τμ. υπόγεια αποθήκη, με ΜΕΓΆΛΕΣ βεράντες. Ιδανικό για 5 επισκέπτες . Διαθέτει ενα aircontition στο σαλόνι και ενα στο μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο. Στο παιδικό δωμάτιο δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός επειδή είναι βόρειο κ δεν το βλέπει ο ήλιος... είναι πολυ κοντά στην Παραλια, εχει απεριόριστη θεα στη θάλασσα και στο λιμανι. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα στο λιμάνι , οι κήποι, το περιβόλι, δέντρα ( λεμονιές, κ.α) . μεγάλο μπανιο, άνετη κουζινα. 2 ανετες κρεβατοκάμαρες..

Tastefull appartment,75 sq.m in a small traditional appartement-house at the highest level of Kamares, Sifnos, absolutely quiet, great view of the harbor, the sea and the mountain. The house is ideal for shiplovers, birdwatchers will be pleasantly surprised. In the front there is a spacy porch with a stone table for eight. Villa Podotas/House on the sea !

Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Το σπίτι μας είναι πάνω στην οργανωμένη παραλία των Καμαρών που είναι βραβευμένη με γαλάζια σημαία. Το μεγάλο του πλεονέκτημα είναι η απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και το ηλιοβασίλεμα καθώς και η άμεση πρόσβαση στην παραλία. Τα πάντα βρίσκονται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση (mini market, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, parking, στάση λεωφορείου,ΑΤΜ). Δίπλα στο σπίτι βρίσκονται καφετέριες με ενοικιαζόμενες ξαπλώστρες για την παραλία.

Petra 2 apartments in Agia Marina, Kamares, Sifnos

The apartments are in Kamares, located in the neighborhood of Agia Marina (or “Pera Panda” as the locals call it), overlooking the port and the sea, and is a three minutes’ walk away from the beach. Kamares is the port of the island, a very lively village during summer, with a nice long sandy beach, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. During sundown enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets Cyclades have to offer.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές για μια οικογένεια με παιδιά ή μια παρέα φίλων. Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 3 μονά κρεβάτια και καναπέ-κρεβάτι στην τραπεζαρία.
