You often call it a nest and this was our vision. The intimate hideaway with wifi, surrounded by a lush garden full of berry, olive trees, a private fabulous courtyard. A 3min walk down to the sandy beach Karavi, 5min walk to the beach Livadakia, 15min walk to the Port. My house is a small (12 sqm) stone-built house, on top of the old and well-preserved capital of Serifos, named Chora. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and panoramic breathtaking view to Aegean Sea. It is so spectacular, that it can be experienced only with your own eyes, while having a drink or coffee in the big, beautiful balcony (one of the largest on the island) on the rocky edge of the "Castle"

In the magical medieval Kastro area of Sifnos, lies a beautiful small loft house. "Maria's home" stands in the quiet area of Kastro, near a mini market, coffee shops and small gift shops! The area is built on a rock mountain and has a beautiful rocky beach called Eftamartyros right underneath it and a pebble beach near by, called Seralia! Our houses are 100 meters from the parking area and have a beautiful island street view!

Studio 2/3 personnes en rez de chaussee avec climatisation, wifi, TV, coin cuisine, un grand jardin avec barbecue, aire de repos avec chaises longues, balancelle. Plage a 80 metres. Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage, des cafés , restaurants et commerces, mais suffisamment en retrait pour être au calme.
