A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. Το σπίτι μας φιλοξενεί άνετα έως 6 άτομα και προσφέρει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, άνετο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας στη μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Αιγαίο, χαλαρώστε στον κήπο ή ψήστε στο BBQ. Οι παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, πλυντήριο πιάτων και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε Πευκοδάσος,σε ήσυχο περιβάλλον με θέα το δάσος και το βουνό.Βρίσκεται πάνω από το κέντρο του χωριού όπου μπορεί να βρει κανείς ότι χρειάζεται και θέλει!Σούπερ μάρκετ,εστιατόρια,φαρμακεία,μαγαζιά... Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: Δίπλα σε δάσος,είναι αυτόνομα δωμάτια σε στυλ vintage με τουαλέτα, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και free wifi... Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο και οικογένειες (με παιδιά).
