A perfect place for couples to relax on the lanai w/ a cup of Kona coffee after a fun day of exploring the island.

Introducing a private oasis of comfort and charm, our newly renovated tiny house. This simple retreat is a testament to minimalist luxury and offers a convenient escape near Kona International Airport and downtown Kailua Kona. The exterior of the tiny house is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and simple design, featuring a quaint porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or working on the computer while gazing at the pacific ocean.

Situated on the island's western side at a cool 1300ft elevation, this small cottage is suitable for two people. Privacy is the keyword. This is a quiet, clean, peaceful place with A/C. It is near the airport, town, and beautiful beaches, located in a safe, affluent neighborhood. After the lava eruption on the other side of the island in 2018 subsided, we are now thrilled to have the best air quality and blue skies since 2007!

Just 10 minutes from Kona International Airport, this private studio is perfectly situated as the start for your Big Island adventure. The studio is at a cool 1,400 ft. elevation & has a partial ocean view from the patio. Driving distance from the Kona airport (KOA) & downtown Kailua-Kona is under 15 minutes. Aloha! Our guest suite is the perfect stop if you are looking for a short drive to the airport and beaches. We are conveniently located about five minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to some of the most popular beaches. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from downtown shopping. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Please note there is no oven or stove and we are located on a busy street.

Our Hawaii Hale sits at 1500’ elevation and is 10 minutes from the airport, beaches and downtown Kona allowing for easy access to everything the island has to offer! Our unit features 2 full beds, a kitchenette and large bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy parking right outside of unit, beach gear & shared laundry! The Gardenia suite is a freshly remodeled, super clean, hotel style, studio apartment attached to a house. It is set up like a hotel room; spacious with King sized bed, large bright bathroom, lots of closet space, TV, desk and a tea/coffee station with mini fridge and microwave.
