The famous Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine is right in front of the station, and it is a 4-minute walk from the station exit. Within 1 or 2 minutes walk from the station, there is a 24-hour convenience store, a bakery, a supermarket , and western and Japanese restaurants.

Itokuro Estate - Spacious Countryside Retreat

The Itokuro Estate is a historic Edo-era home built over 200 years ago. Newly renovated, it blends modern comfort with traditional Japanese architecture. Yumi and Yasumichi, the on-site caretakers, live in a separate area and do not share any living spaces or bathrooms with guests. They are available to assist guests and provide transportation to/from the local train station. Bicycles are available for the guests to explore the beautiful beaches and countryside of Itoshima.

The 130-year-old Villa Kaede, originally built as a guest house by a founder of Arita Bank, has been beautifully renovated. Visitors can enjoy a garden that showcases the changing seasons. 築100年以上の古民家をリノベーション。現代住宅やホテルのような利便性や完璧さを求めている方の予約はご遠慮ください。細かい部分まで清掃を心掛けて、リネンやタオルは清潔なものを提供できるように心がけていますが、古い家特有の隙間からの小さな蜘蛛などの虫の侵入はさけられません。外は漁港の街特有の磯や魚の匂いもします。神経質な方には不向きです。少し歩くとノスタルジックな漁港の雰囲気や呼子大橋の向こうに沈む夕陽などの美しい景色も楽しめます。台場の湯も海を眺めることができます。1階はダイニング・リビングスペースとキッチン、トイレ、浴室。2階にシングルベッド２台の寝室が３部屋。シングルベッドが合計6，他に10畳の和室がありますので布団も準備できます https://www.yobukosoyogi.com/
