Parfait pour un séjour indépendant à Biel/Bienne, bien située entre lac et Jura, à 25 minutes de Berne, Neuchâtel et Soleure et 1h de Lausanne, Zurich et Bâle. Quartier tranquille à 10 min à pied de la gare et des rues commerçantes. Bus à deux pas et parking zone bleue devant la maison. Pour 3/4 personnes. Lit + canapé-lit + lit d'appoint sur demande.

Praktisch vor der Haustür lädt das Naherholungsgebiet "Witi" mit seinen grossen Naturflächen zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Euere private Gästewohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Viergenerationen-Hauses, welches 2016 umgebaut wurde. Sie ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt - um mit dem Auto oder dem ÖV - die Schweiz in alle Richtungen zu erkunden: In 15 Minuten erreicht ihr das Stadtzentrum von Bern, in 25 Minuten das Drei-Seen-Land und in 50 Minuten Interlaken. In unserer Umgebung findet ihr von Spazierwegen in die Natur, über Wellness und Shoppingcentern, Restaurants & Bäckereien alles was ihr braucht.

In unserem Châlet in Hilterfingen, vermieten wir im 2. Stockwerk eine hübsche 3-Zimmerwohnung mit freiem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die Wohnung wurde im Frühling 2020 neu renoviert und ausgestattet. Kehren sie ein und fühlen sie sich wie zu Hause. Wir befinden uns in leicht erhöhter Lage. Der See und die Bushaltestelle sind in 10 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Thun ist 5 km entfernt. Wer gerne zu Fuss oder mit dem Velo unterwegs ist findet bei uns den idealen Ausgangspunkt für Touren.

Ce studio est équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer/table à repasser, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, four, bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain et TV avec Swisscom-Box et WIFI. Place de parc. Possibilité de réduire les vélos dans un local fermé.

3,5 pièces avec vue sur le lac et jardin privatif. Il y a deux chambres à coucher pour 4 personnes. Une place de parc à disposition. Quartier très tranquille. Baignoire jacuzzi. Peinture et fenêtres refaites en mai 2016 ainsi que le parquet dans les deux chambres. Depuis un mois il n'est plus autorisé d'utiliser le barbecue qui est dans le jardin. Utiliser le petit grill électrique qui se trouve dans l'armoire au corridor. Séjour 3 jours minimums.

Lovely studio in a villa from 18th century

This beautiful studio has a double bed in the bedroom, a working space or dining, and a bathroom. Located close to the center of Thun. It is about a 10-minute walk from the train station along the beautiful Aare River. Alternatively, the bus ride takes 5 minutes as the bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the house. Wonderful alpine views can be seen from the lake within a couple of walking minutes from the studio.
