Unwind at this cabin on the Llano River in Mason. It's being offered for those who would like some peace & quiet way off the beaten path of pavement & city lights. Enjoy the sounds of nature, the river views & sounds of the water flowing, the magnitude of stars & the company of your spouse at this cabin on the cliff of the beautiful and clear waters of the Llano River. Bring a chair and get your feet wet in the waters of the river. There is good road access from the cabin to the river.

Cliffside - Rock Hounders' Paradise

Located on a sprawling 486-acre ranch, this rural getaway is a ROCK-HOUNDERS PARADISE! Multiple wet weather creeks crisscross the property surrounded by stunning rock formations and ancient bluffs. Responsible rock hunting and hiking are allowed. With ensuite baths and sliding glass doors in four of the bedrooms, this 5-bedroom, 4-bath provides both privacy and quality family time. Easy driving distance to Mason, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Junction, the Llano River, & the Guadalupe River.

Hill Country Cabin

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Shady Rapids River Retreat

Enjoy a laid back river retreat on the San Saba river in Menard, Texas. There is no WiFi! You will stay in a cozy two bedroom, 1 bath cabin with a full kitchen, dinning area, a living room and a relaxing back porch for peaceful mornings and evenings. This property has many walking trails spread out over 5+ acres on the river behind the cabin. You can fish, float, kayak or just relax under the beautiful trees, even stop and have a picnic, if you wish! It's the perfect West Texas retreat!!

110 South 5th Street

Entire 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home with private entrance and small fenced yard. Located just off the courthouse square, a short 5 minute walk to the city park and Llano river. Please do not smoke on the entire property. Infants under 2 years old and children over 12 years allowed. Dogs are allowed. Please let me know that you will have a dog. No cats allowed. Clean up after your dog. Bags provided. NO MORE than 5 guests. I offer a single roll away bed fully appointed.
