Hill Country Cabin

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

The Avery House - A quiet hill country retreat

Welcome to the modern cabin in the hills. #TheAveryHouse is right outside of Kerrville and about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg wineries! The Guadalupe River is a short 8 minutes away. Camping, water sports, hiking, fishing, food and wine are all within a short drive from this 600 sq ft modern tiny home. Come unplug with the sounds of nature and room to stretch out on an oversized deck. Enjoy some quality time around the camp fire, & really connect with those you love in this unique retreat.

Shady Rapids River Retreat

Enjoy a laid back river retreat on the San Saba river in Menard, Texas. There is no WiFi! You will stay in a cozy two bedroom, 1 bath cabin with a full kitchen, dinning area, a living room and a relaxing back porch for peaceful mornings and evenings. This property has many walking trails spread out over 5+ acres on the river behind the cabin. You can fish, float, kayak or just relax under the beautiful trees, even stop and have a picnic, if you wish! It's the perfect West Texas retreat!!

Located in the perfect spot to explore the Texas Hill Country, The Lower Haus, makes an ideal home base for adventurous day trips and exploring the country side. Nestled in the historic Methodist Encampment neighborhood in Kerrville, you’re just 5 minutes from the beautiful Guadalupe River and only 25 minutes from the Fredericksburg wine country. Or, just hide away and enjoy a quite weekend. Wander through the charming neighborhood to the top of Mt. Wesley and catch a breathtaking sunset.

Windmill Cabin

Enjoy the Windmill Cabin, which offers updated style with quiet, countryside living. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is a perfect getaway. Use the Wi-fi to stay connected or unplug and enjoy the serenity and quiet. Watch DVDs or streaming services on the big screen TV or move outdoors and enjoy the ‘really big’ natural spaces with amazing sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware and spices. Laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and is large enough for storage needs.

110 South 5th Street

Entire 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home with private entrance and small fenced yard. Located just off the courthouse square, a short 5 minute walk to the city park and Llano river. Please do not smoke on the entire property. Infants under 2 years old and children over 12 years allowed. Dogs are allowed. Please let me know that you will have a dog. No cats allowed. Clean up after your dog. Bags provided. NO MORE than 5 guests. I offer a single roll away bed fully appointed.

Spring Hill Country Sunsets

Located 4 miles west of Interstate 10 near Mountain Home, TX, the cottage is decorated in the southwest style and has great view. Sunsets are magical and on full display. Two full baths have walk in showers. Living area is spacious with tv and WIFI Kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Keurig coffee maker. The covered deck is great for morning coffee to watch birds, black buck antelope, White Tail and Axis deer. A dedicated fire pit with outdoor seating. Enjoy sunsets and stars.

Leaf Treehouse at The Meadow

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck.
