We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Kathy and Don's. The barn was beautifully presented with thoughtful added extras including snacks and wine. The bed was comfortable and we felt right at home. We had a great meal at The Wing Company in Coats and we also had fantastic Chinese take out from Coats as well. The highlight though was our hosts. Kathy and Don are the most genuine, friendly people you could ever meet and we really hope we can visit them again one day.

Hands down the best place I’ve stayed at! Clean, spacious, enough do without having to leave. Booked her for my kids spring break and I can honestly say they didn’t want to leave during our stay. Her setup is worth every penny! It’s extremely peaceful, neighborhood is quiet, it a whole vibe plus some. Definitely will be booking with her again!!

Loved the industrial, yet modern feel of the loft! I felt right at home. It didn’t take me too long to find the parking area. I settled right in — the complimentary bottle of wine was the perfect touch for a quick weekend getaway. I wish I could’ve utilized the private balcony, but the pollen was just everywhere. Lots of shops/restaurants that were a quick walk or short drive away. The train did come by once or twice but I wasn’t bothered by it at all. Will definitely consider staying here again when I’m visiting Durham. Thank you for hosting, Chris & Shannon!

We had a wonderful stay at this getaway! Only an hour from home but felt worlds away - loved the big views from the pool and the fact that you weren't able to see any other houses or the road. The house was immaculate, had everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were actually SSSOOO comfortable! So much so that we had to check the tags to order for home :) Long days of swimming and s'mores by the campfire at night, just what our family needed to recharge. Can't wait to go back! Jodi was incredibly responsive and helpful both leading up to our stay and during our stay as well!

Great space with lots of fun activities. The yard was a great size and we loved relaxing on the warm astroturf in the mornings. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, from a blender to a toaster to a pizza cutter. Beds were comfy, too!

Michael & Clara were great hosts! They were very responsive, flexible and helpful. The apartment was exactly what was described. I highly recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay for a few nights! Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Stacie’s place was perfect for a quick golf weekend in Southern Pines. It’s only a couple of blocks into town which made walking to dinner and drinks easy every night. Minutes from all the golf resorts and a quick drive to PH. Thank you!

This was a great place for the price. Located so close to many restaurants and shopping as well as equidistant to UNC and Duke. A few times I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around but it was not loud and never lasted more than a minute. Overall, a quiet, peaceful stay. Very comfortable bed, too.

Light-filled Flat, Walkable, Downtown Raleigh

We stayed in Raleigh specifically to bike the Neuse River Trail; found so much more to do in town - free museums, a bluegrass festival, the burning coal theater and a historian led walking tour. Matt’s place was within walking distance of downtown. Bike trails were some of the best that we have ridden. We will return again!

Thank you for a wonderful spot in Raleigh. So convenient to tons of spots downtown, but quiet at night. Hope to come back in the future! Also, Lindsay is a wonderful and flexible host who was so easy and quick to communicate with - a real life saver!

A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!

Been going to Pinehurst for years. Came in a night early this time and stayed at Eki's condo. Hotel shuttles make it very accessible. 15 minute walk to the Carolina. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Washer/dryer was great to have as well. Highly recommend for 1/2 people.
