Light-filled Guesthouse Near Duke

Second floor of recently-built garage apartment in a charming, peaceful Durham neighborhood. Twenty minutes to RDU Airport, five minutes to Duke's East Campus and ten minutes to West Campus, we are an easy walk to a range of locally-owned restaurants. Lovely, light-filled apartment has a bedroom, full kitchen and living area, bathroom, private entrance, and patio with seating. Occasionally, we may have first-floor space available at extra cost. The Yurt at Frog Pond Farm

Our yurt (30' dia.) is rustic, beautiful, quiet, in deep woods with deck overlooking pond. Great for couples, small families (not childproof). Includes hot tub & Poetry Walk. Beds are futons. It's warm June-Aug. (no A/C, plenty fans), but way cooler than the city. It's cold Nov.-March (wood stove heat). Mini-fridge & microwave (no kitchen/plumbing). Parking and the bath-house are 2-min. walks (toilet, sink, shower). Two minutes to Saxapahaw. Read description for more info. NO PARTIES. No dogs.

Christmas Tree Farm Bunkhouse near Jordan Lake

Ever thought it would be fun to experience a day at a real working Christmas Tree Farm? Be our guest at the bunkhouse, a beautiful 320 sq ft tiny house full of character. Remodeled from salvaged materials on the farm, this bunkhouse features a full kitchen, bathroom with roomy bedroom and living room. Relax on the porch or roast marshmallows by the firepit. You can take a stroll through the Christmas trees, by the pond and in the spring and summer, through our U-pick flower patch.

Old Blue's Retreat: Lakeview Cozy Cottage

Old Blue’s Retreat is located minutes away from Pinehurst and Southern Pines, NC. Enjoy lake views from every room in the house. The house is comfortably furnished with charm to spare. Enjoy the private dock for fishing, swimming, or sunning. Relax in the wood burning sauna after a day of golf or swimming. Gather around the fire pit for s’mores. Excellent golf, restaurants, & small business shopping all around. Old Blue is outfitted with everything you need to stay comfortably.

Cozy Cabin in the Countryside

Enjoy a cozy cabin with ac/heat, kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Please note there is no water in the cabin and shower and toilet are located in the bathhouse just a few steps away. This comfortable Cabin has very easy quick access to all amenities including the showerhouse, picnic areas, lawn games, outdoor kitchen. Hottub is open. Property is within minutes of downtown Chapel Hill & Hillsborough, Raleigh, Durham are 20-30 minutes away. No Smoking or Vaping in Cabins.

The Magnolia is a multi-story treehouse, nestled on a charming wooded lot, minutes to downtown Hillsborough, NC.
