This was our second year staying at this location. The kids look forward to it every year because of the heated pool. They were very accommodating to us and quick to help with any questions we had. We left something behind and they were quick to find it and get it shipped back to us.

This was such a hidden gem! Kenny was extremely friendly and welcoming to my fur baby. He was very clear and polite in all communication. The house felt just like home! It was extremely clean, the linens did not have the weird hotel feeling, it felt just like my bed at home. My dog, husband and I all loved it! I was hesitant since I had never stayed at an airbnb with the host on site, but I have no complaints about it.

Felt warm and welcoming. We will definitely be Back. I love that it was so close to Hill creek Church. We stayed for a lady’s conference. It was great we sung worship by the fire great kitchen for preparing meals. Can’t wait to come back with all the kids awesome tree house and swing house!!! Thank you guys

Excellent stay not to many issues couldn’t find garbage bags anywhere and the hot water in the bathrooms is kinda limited, other than that vary peace full and pleasant place to stay no outside issues.

Great place with a great host.

We rented this home for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean and had so many amazing amenities — the pool, game room, movie theater, and hot tub were all big hits with everyone. We spent so much time enjoying each space and making special memories. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the host made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Thank you for helping make our celebration so fun and memorable — we would absolutely stay here again!

Olive Branch was clean, comfy and cozy. It was conveniently near restaurants and shops. It was near our family and the personal business we needed to take care of while in Carthage.

We had a great stay at the West Mineral Vacation Home. We were in the area for a work trip, plenty of room for a group of 5. The place was extremely clean and tidy. The home is very new. Checking-in was easy. Vic was helpful with the instructions, and is a great host. Thanks! Joe and Crew

Comfortable, spacious, and well appointed accomodations in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Plenty of space to spread out while super cozy. Jayson was very helpful and friendly, very responsive. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer! We hope to return soon!

Absolutely beautiful home!! Our first time staying at an Airbnb and we will never go back to staying in a hotel, it was way more spacious and a lot more comfortable. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Miami Oklahoma area.

My stay at Denise's exceeded my expectations! The design and decor were so homelike, beautiful and comfortable. Many small details including complimentary candy bowl, chips and drinks, and breakfast food and drinks. I appreciated these small touches Denise. Beautiful natural light and in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was a wonderful stay and I hope that it's available the next time I come.

It was very clean, homey, & decorated nicely. Nice front porch and carport in the back. I enjoyed having two bathrooms and everything was wonderful.

It was a lovely little place to stay for a short time. I didn’t intially expect to stay next to her granddaughter but it ended up not really mattering. The WiFi had troubles connecting to the TV at first but after a short bit it started working well. It’s a quaint little spot to stay and definitely worth the price of admission.

Tracy was great answering my questions before booking and after. Clear check in process! We had mentioned we would be bringing our infant and would need the pack in play. She had it set up for us when we got there which was so thoughtful! The bunk beds were great for our older boys. We got in after dark and the living room light and porch light was left on for us. It was cozy and well decorated! Everything we needed was provided. We were there to see family so we didn’t get to try the restaurants but she gave us plenty of recommendations. We asked to extend our reservation one night and she was able to accommodate us and responded quickly. Hopefully we will get a chance to stay here again in the future!

We stay in an AirBnb in the SW Missouri region about 3-4 times a year and I have to say that Shonda's attention to detail goes above and beyond! The family LOVED it! 10 out of 10, with out a doubt, 100% recommend!!

This place was perfect for us and we would not have changed a thing. If you need a place in or near Neosho you cannot go wrong staying here.

A.J is the definition of Super Host. I had the pleasure of meeting him in person. Great People. Would recommend his place for your stay in Joplin. Very quiet and peaceful area. A home away from home. Simply a great experience.

This was beyond our expectations. David and Stephanie were extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and gave great recommendations! The house was beautiful and exactly what was described in the listing. It was comfortable, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable! We will definitely try to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it for your next stay in Joplin!
