The Cowtown Carriage House sits in a cozy park like setting four blocks from Historic Route 66 in beautiful Baxter Springs. Guests enjoy off street parking (own private driveway) and self-check in which allows for ultimate freedom in travel plans. Relax on the queen size bed. The kitchenette is stocked with the essentials to prepare a meal. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit located in the gardens. This unit has one bed. This is a vintage, minimalist tiny home. Also it is the only Avett Brothers themed Airbnb that we know of:) They’re one of our favorite bands so this whole cottage is sort of tribute to them. We are walking distance from multiple restaurants and only a short 5 min drive from downtown! We have everything you need for a short or long stay with a fully functional kitchen, Wi-Fi, one bedroom and access to a large outdoor space and fire pit.

Klaver Cottage is a studio-style space for travelers to rent located just outside of Joplin, Missouri. Klaver Cottage is unavailable to rent for parties or locals to gather.
