Great place to stay.. especially if attending an event at the West Conference Center! It’s right across the street which was very convenient. Just steps away from the beach as well.

This was the perfect space for me, my husband and 3 year old. The condo was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay, from coffee to beach toys and chairs. The balcony provided great views of the beach and we spotted dolphins while drinking coffee out there in the mornings. The beach, pier, pool, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Nikki’s place.

Staying at “the secret” was like staying in a very close friends home. We felt like everything that we needed was available. Location was perfect as my daughter is at college of Charleston and being close to Shem Creek and all the bridges was so convenient. it meant so much that they had food, spices, toiletries; all that we would need to live there. The only concern I had was the beds on the upper level were a bit small, and the left ceiling low. But the house was lovely and we were able to adapt. Richard had some great tips on fishing and we look forward to staying again.

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

Trina responded to the need at hand right away and found a solution quickly. She was helpful and understanding. It was very easy to reach her. Great communication! The location is great. Quick access to the beach without the premium price. There is a shower outside to rinse off the sand.

We loved our stay; the place was private, clean, and homey. Sweet touches like guides to the city, oatmeal for breakfast and snacks were appreciated. Comfortable beds and furniture as well as a spacious feel even though it’s not a huge place.

We absolutely loved this little home located on the creek north of Mount Pleasant. From the very beginning, Kathy was wonderful at communicating with us and made our transition to and from so easy. Her and her husband were so kind and helped us get our little boat situated in the water when we arrived. Our stay was exactly what we hoped it to be! Thank you for sharing your home with all of us. We hope to be back in the Charleston area again!

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved playing outside on the rope swing, taking the kayaks on the river, and watching wildlife from the dock. The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the Bohicket River, oak trees dripping in Spanish moss, and azaleas and fruit tress blooming. Cyndi and Stephen are kind as can be and wonderful hosts. We loved exploring the area, too. The beach at Kiawah Island is a quick drive and absolutely lovely.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Ryan's place is great. Isolated and quiet. Beautiful, old Majestic trees with Spanish moss are a part of the great view. If you are looking for a lot of activity, this place and surrounding area are not it. This is a great place to simply unwind, relax, recharge and be isolated. You have a nice dock all to yourself that leads to water (depending on time of day and the water Tied). Nice place to set up a chair and just relax or even fish a little. There are TONS of bugs around so be sure to bring the bug repellant if you are planning to be outside. Inside the house is clean and neatly furnished. Very good sized bathroom and good water pressure. Main bed is a bit loose (for me anyway) and is disconnected from the headboard. This results in all the pillows falling into the gap between bet and headboard. Pillows are a bit to big in my opinion. You feel like instead of resting your head you are snuggling a giant bean bag. But overall I like it a lot!

We loved our stay! We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Charleston.

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

Great location with the pier, beach, access, and restaurants all within walking distance. The place was clean, cutely decorated, cozy, and the perfect place for the two of us to spend a few days. Elizabeth was responsive and friendly.

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable condo, and minutes to the beach. Quiet community, close to Hunting Island State park. Plenty of places to eat within a 20 minute radius. Also enjoyed walking around Beaufort and the boardwalk at Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal. Would recommend staying here again.

We stayed here with our family of 5 (3 young kids) and we loved every second. The unit was spotless and very comfortable to sleep, cook and relax in. We loved sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Beautiful sunsets! The Seabrook Island amenities are awesome as well. We loved going to the beach and pools as well as eating at the Pelicans Nest. We can’t wait to come back! Definitely worth renting the golf cart as well.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!
