Conveniently located just 7 minutes from town and only 35 minutes from both the snow resorts of Thredbo and Perisher. This newly refurbished three bedroom, one bathroom self-contained guesthouse is located on the lower level of our 2 storey home (where we live) on 10 acres, with its own private access and parking area.

It has spectacular views to the snowy mountains and easy access to Jindabyne and its beautiful lake, the ski resorts for winter skiing and summer mountain biking and hiking. The accomodation has one queen bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the loft area.
