Our hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. They gave us fantastic recommendations—from the best local restaurants to sightseeing tips—and made sure we felt completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!

Die Anlage ist wunderbar, erstmal drinnen, sehr ruhig und sauber. Der Hausmeister ist total nett, hilft bei Allem. Auch Jorenda ist immer schnell erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen in Jorendas B&B zu gehen. Von dort aus konnte man direkt mit den Schnorchelsachen in den Sardinenrun eintauchen. Top Lage und es gab sehr viele Schildkröten. Wunderschön, wie kommen gerne wieder.

Ein kleines bisschen Paradies🌸 tolle Unterkunft und gerade das Badezimmer war traumhaft schön! Duschen zwischen den Pflanzen und mit Blick auf den Sternenhimmel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und super bemüht und das Frühstück wurde sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Ich würde immer wieder kommen!

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

This place is fantastic in every aspect. Moalboal is mostly full of old and dated places to stay but not this place. The house is new and modern. Upon arrival we were greeted by Edna and Karl to welcome us. They were so friendly during our 12 days staying there and were always checking to see if we needed anything. The place is spotless throughout and the kitchen had everything you need to cook with. When we visit Moalboal in the future I know I will be staying here again. If you’re thinking about staying here don’t hesitate and just book it because you will not be disappointed. Also the wifi is fast. Thanks again Edna and Karl!!!

A wonderful stay and the host went above and beyond staying up until midnight to greet us when our flight was delayed, arranging breakfasts, tours, transfers and even escorting us to our next accommodation in case the driver was unsure of its location. Thank you very much for our happy memories! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

La camera è molto bella, spaziosa e pulita. La terrazza ha una bella vista sul giardino. A pochi passi dalla strada principale e 5/10 minuti dal mare. Rowena è molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

We didn’t want to stay in Moalboal and decided to avoid the crowds. Punta Anchora was closer to the waterfalls and central hills which we wanted to visit. We hired a scooter which was the only one left in Badian which was the nearest rental. Without a scooter or a hired car you would be very much stuck. On moving on, it took a day to find a taxi which was 3 times the price of usual trips in the Philippines, and reflected the monopoly of the car. Managed by Rosa and her team who were a delight of kindness and help and who cooked very pleasant evening meals. I think potentially could get a bit noisy as well as 3 cabins and a villa by the sea there is a campsite but all quiet when we were there.
