Ein wunderbares, sehr ruhiges und sauberes Haus mit tollem Garten. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation funktionierte gut. Leider waren wir nur ein paar Tage im Herbst da, doch das Haus ist ideal für den Sommer, es gibt eine sehr schöne Aussenterrasse, Kamin und Grill, also ideal um mehrere Tage dort zu verbringen, ein sehr schöner Teich im gepflegten Garten lädt ein zu verweilen und zu beobachten. Wir können das Haus und Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

5 minutes from Center of Telč ! Miluše was really kind to me. She drove me to her place the day I arrived and also drove me back to the station the day of departure. Also, she took care by preparing a very nice breakfast. Her place may be old, but it's giving local vibe and very private ! I enjoyed it alot. Definitely recommend the place and Miluše to other !

We really liked Villa Karolina. beautiful private location. The hostess was always nice and accommodating and available at any time. I can highly recommend this villa as family accommodation or group accommodation. nice pool, nice room layout, lots of space Thank you very much for allowing us to come 😊

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön mit eigenem Charakter. Zu fuss ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum von Telč. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gross. Dieser wird noch mit einer anderen Wohnung geteilt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die mir und meiner Partnerin einen angenehmen Rückzugsort für einige Tage bot. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist zwar ruhig und äußerst privat gelegen, es herrscht jedoch gelegentlich Betrieb und Durchgangsverkehr aufgrund des zum See gehörigen Betriebsgebäudes. Dennoch sind die Gastgeber sehr auf die Privatsphäre im Haus bedacht.

Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Vor allem für all diejenigen, die ein wenig Auszeit vom hektischen Stadtleben benötigen oder einfach nur die Natur lieben, ist die Lage mitten im nirgendwo direkt an einem kleinen See einfach perfekt. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber, die Betten bequem und es gibt auch Spielzeug für die Kinder vor Ort. In der Küche haben wir ebenfalls nichts vermisst. Check in und Check out waren ebenfalls unkompliziert. Das Nötigste an Lebensmitteln kann man im Nachbarort im Penny einkaufen. Dort ist man in 5min mit dem Auto. In der Umgebung lässt es sich zudem perfekt spazieren gehen. Im Ferienhaus liegt außerdem eine Mappe mit Ausflugszielen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Eliška ist eine super Gastgeberin und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

La Maison est spacieuse et agréable Elle est située dans un quartier très calme avec un voisinage aimable Le jardin clôturé est un vrai plus quand on a des chiens le poêle à bois est très agréable Je recommande

We had the most wonderful week in Alice's Airbnb🙃 Located next to the highway Prag/Brno, in the very center of Czech for our visits to Cesky Krumlov, Telc, Temelin, Punkva caves, etc.. All within a day trip and Prague only an hour away. The village is sourounded by a fantastic mix of forrest, hills and winding roads, with plenty of options for bike rides and walks in the forrest The familie dog Jack🐕‍🦺welcomed us, with his protecting barking. When inside and recognized as part of the family😉 He was a "lump of butter" and super friendly. Cozy rooms nicely decorated and with plenty of space😉 Big closets, comfortable big💤sized💤beds and a charming shower and toilet next to the small funktional🧑‍🍳kitchen. Outside we had a nice garden. Here we enjoyed to relax, dip the feet ind the small "pool" and drink🍷wine at the🔥fireplace. Alice was a wonderful host always available for assistance and local guiding. No doubt she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable♥️

Very nice airbnb for someone with a car. Can park right in front of apartment, which is a 5 minute walk from the main square and near mini markets and 10 minute walk from a supermarket. Most everything worked very well. Apartment was modern and renovated. The only weak points were that hot water ran out after a long shower, and the bed was a bit cramped for two.

Byla jsem zde opakovaně a vždy jsem ocenila, že ubytování působí velmi útulně a příjemně. Se svou kamarádkou jsme zde před zkouškami našly klid a pohodlí, které nám pomohly se soustředit. Koupelna a kuchyň byly zářivě čisté , celkový dojem z pečlivě udržovaného prostoru byl opravdu pozitivní. Určitě toto místo doporučím všem, kdo hledají klidné a útulné ubytování.

Moc se nám u Petry líbilo. Doporučujeme.
